Our curl-by-curl cuts are performed on dry hair to honour your natural curl pattern, allowing us to see exactly how your curls live, move, and spring within your style.

Preparing for Your Curl Appointment

To achieve the best possible results, please arrive with your hair:

• Freshly cleansed

• Fully detangled

• Conditioned

• Styled as naturally as possible

You may use styling products, however please avoid products that leave the hair sticky, crunchy, or heavily cast.

Please avoid tying your hair up before your appointment, as this can alter your natural curl pattern and affect your consultation and cut.

For optimal results, we recommend using silicone-free, sulphate-free, and wax-free products for at least one month prior to your visit. Removing these ingredients can significantly improve hydration, curl definition, and overall hair health.

If you are currently using Shea Moisture products, we kindly ask that you discontinue use before your appointment due to ingredient sensitivities within our salon environment.
