A service agreement will be emailed/attached via message with bridal booking form. Filling out and submitting the booking form and booking fee enters you into this agreement.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT

To secure a date for special occasions, photo-shoots or weddings, the bridal booking form is to be completed and a booking fee of $100 is due to be payed within 7 days. The fee is non-refundable this is to secure your date. Please be advised, dates and scheduled times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received. This booking fee will be put towards the clients total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day, please refer to payment section. (Bridal trials and booking fees are two separate costs)

BOOKING TIMES

A start and end time will be agreed by client and Danika Durack Hair and Makeup Artist. Each service (hair or makeup) requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual time frame is approximately 45mins per person. All persons involved in the booking need to be available at the scheduled time.

Early morning fees: A $50 or 20% surcharge which ever is less will be charged for booked appointment times before 7:00am.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements Danika Durack needs to complete the service. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use. A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary for makeup services. Standard dining chair for hairdressing services is fine. Please let Danika know if a chair cannot be provided.

Danika Durack Hair and Makeup Artist will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. Remember to wear a button down shirt/silk dressing gown so you don't mess up your style while getting dressed.

TRAVEL FEE

A fee will be charged for locations outside of a 10km travel radius of Albany WA CBD . The amount of $1.10 per/km each way will be determined at time of inquiry; this may be done through the use of Google maps.

TRIALS

A Hair or Make-up trial is available for Brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: Bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groom and extended family. NOTE: this service is limited to 1.5 hours. This is a separate service and is charged accordingly. Trials are to be performed insalon.

Please call at least 5 days in advance to reschedule a trial should you not be able to attend.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Services will be completed to client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted time. Ample time is given for each service upon booking. Acceptance of completed service by client is acknowledgement by client that the Hair or makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Danika Durack Hair & Makeup Artist reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void. If Danika Durack cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the booking fee paid will be fully refunded within two weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the booking fee is the only liability.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the stylist/makeup artist, Danika Durack Hair and Makeup from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PAYMENT

The final balance is due on the day in the form of cash, unless otherwise payed in advance. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payments made prior to the day can be made in the form of bank transfer, eftpos or cash. Payments made in advance made prior to the day are refundable if 30 days cancellation notice is given, Booking fee is non-refundable if client cancels for the booked date.
